AIRV acts as a provider of concierge and operational assistance services; AIRV does not own the property.
The owner remains responsible for the permits, declarations, licences and tax, tourism and administrative obligations relating to their property in Spain.
AIRV provides first-response assistance and coordinates interventions, but does not carry out technical works or repairs itself, unless specifically agreed.
Professional call-outs, repairs, supplies and expenses incurred on the owner’s behalf remain at the owner’s expense.
